Hello. I wanted to build some shelves for my chin so I went to Home Depot to get wood. I know that pine can be iffy with chins, so I made sure I purchased kiln-dried. However, upon further looking, I realized it said it was Kiln-Dried Radiata Pine. I know white pine is okay, but could not find anything online concerning Radiata. Anyone know if it's safe?
Thanks!

I also was looking at home depot and lowes to make new shelves and I can only find this type of pine and was also wondering if this type is ok to use since it is kiln dried?

Hey guys, sorry for the late reply. So it turns out the Radiata is fine. I've built some new toys/ledges with it and my chin has been fine (it's been over a month now and chewed pretty heavily). As long as it says that it's untreated and kiln-dried it's safe!
