Question regarding treats

I know that one treat that is recommended is shredded wheat- but what about puffed wheat? The reason I ask is that i don't normally buy shredded wheat, but puffed is part of my rats' diet. Thanks in advance.

If the one you use has this nutritional analysis IMO they are OK if used in moderation.
