question about horses

I am an avid watcher of Animal Planet and the Animal Cops series, especially AC Houston. I was watching an episode the other day, that I had not seen and one of the rescues they got in was a Stallion whose teeth were all overgrown and had to be floated. The doctor said that its teeth got like that because of not being fed hay and other grasses to help wear them down.

My question is this? Do horses teeth continuously grow like chins teeth do?

Yes. An adult horse's teeth will continue to erupt as they normally get worn down from grazing and chewing.
