Post-op Care after Neutering.

I'll be taking two of my foster chins in to be neutered next week. Are there any special things I'll need to do for them as they recover or anything I should look out for? I've tended to post-op chins before (bladder surgery) so I know the basics and can hand feed no problem. I'm just wondering if I need to be prepared for something special this time.

I like to keep post op chins on fleece so it's easy to monitor bodily functions. There's nothing special to keep an eye on, just the usual that they are leaving sutures alone, no redness or swelling, etc.
