Pancake after dental appt-not eating or sleeping

Sorry to read this. I had hoped he would pull through. Did he aspirate something? Did the vet offer why he passed?

Thanks everyone I appreciate it. I am just so sad and shocked and feel like I could have done something else. Pancake's heart was weak by the time I got to the vet. He may have suffered a stroke. I'm too out of it to really talk with either vet to get more details that I'm going to leave it alone for now.

All my other chins are doing fine but are quieter than usual.....it breaks my heart that they know something is wrong....
