Oxbow phasing out 50 lb bags

I was at the PIJAC show today and spoke with the Oxbow rep. They are getting rid of the 50lb bags of pellets and the largest will be 25lb.

Hopefully the pricing will not jump!

That sucks for a lot of rescues. When I did guinea pig rescue I used to order it straight from oxbow in 200lb amounts because you get a ups shipping discount at that weight. Was really annoying when oxbow stopped selling directly and I had to find a distributor with as competitive of price. Now many people with big herds will probably go to kmshayloft instead.
