Our chinchilla mansion is complete

Hubby worked for 2 weeks building it. They LOVE it!

Only issues we're having is now they're sleeping in their litter boxes sometimes.

Other than that, they're loving all the space, bridges, tunnels, shelves, etc.

What do you all think? It's 6.5' high, 4' wide and 2.5' deep.

Wow! Your hubby is one awesome handyman. I love it! They have a great home for sure.
I would add fleecey beds or just fleece mats they might like to sleep on those instead of their litter box

I've noticed they only slept in their litter boxes twice and now are sleeping on top of their hidey huts or a shelf. They like to cuddle sometimes in one of the hammocks as well.

I'm thinking I'm going to pick up a couple pieces of fleece and line their hidey huts with them and see if they like sleeping in there.

this is amazing! i wish i had the room and funds to build this for my chin! if you don't mind me asking, how much money did you invest into it? this is really awesome and kudos to your husband! great handyman.
