One eye partly closed?

I was just syringe feeding my chin, and she had one eye half open, the other one was wide open.
Doesn't really seem to be bothering her. Just a bit confused as to why she's doing it?
The only thing I can think of is her dust? Probably isn't though as she's had the same dusting powder since I got her 9 years ago..

That has happened with Micah before. Try rinsing with saline.
