Oat Hay

Just got a bag of oat hay for variety for my girls. I want to know if they are okay to offer everyday, or just once in a while.

Also, are they suitable for a wheat intolerant chin?

Since its oat its OK for a wheat intolerant chin, you can give the chin it daily along with the other hays, its very course and has very little nutritional value so its good for teeth and the tummy but not good as a stand alone hay.

thanks! I gave some along with their usual timothy hay and they all LOVED it! Wonder how long that's going to last though I have fussy chins!
