Not really eating hay

I'm getting very concerned because I know hay is such an important part of their diet. I just got them a fresh bag of kms hay which they always love!!! Not been eating as much as I have always noticed. And every morning when I wake up the hay is off their shelf and on the bottom of their cage. So I've heard some good things about Standlee so o go buy $20 worth of hay and they wouldn't even touch it!!!!! What is going on!!??? Please help!!!!!

Our chins never leave loose hay in the same place I set it (one reason I don't bother with hay holders). They scatter it, step on it, pee on it, throw it out of the cages. Cubed hay is a bit better as they can't throw it around as much which is why we like to give ours a combo of loose and cubed.

As far as not seeing them eating as much, maybe go back to what you know works if they enjoy that brand.
