So after the recent terror I had with my Beige's Twins (mom retained her Placenta, had medical attention, etc. was hand feeding mom and twins, mom and her dark ebony daughter both lost the fight at 5 weeks! Today big brother is 8 weeks and 170 grams and doing good!
Now for what the post is about!! Yesterday Morning at 6:57 AM I was blessed to see my third pregnancy happen!! When this dark little baby popped out I thought for sure we had a beautiful BV but of course was still wet so did not assume yet, got home, an hour later looked standard, another hour, and I was questioning the meaning of life as I layed eyes on a beautiful 62 gram violet boy! Daddy was a PW V/C and momma is a BV turns out 5 generations back she had a violet great great great great grandma, and out popped this light. it is amazing how their genetics work!!! ALWAYS stuns me!!! upon weighing this morning he is still 62grams and clean and happy, mom passed her placenta, and everything, we are VERY excited to just be able to enjoy this AMAZING suprise!!!! Mom is doing amazing albeit exhausted!

Aren't violet surprises just the best thing? I have had two mommas surprise me with violets. Both have at least one blank spot in their pedigrees 3 - 5 generations back. My best guess is that each one has at least one blank that was wither a violet or violet carrier.

thanks guys!!
Cuddlebug, best suprises ever, right?
today we are weighing in at a nice 66grams, so mommas milk must be in :) and he is VERY active, will not sit still, my only kit expierience was the twins, so it's a nice change!! albeit horrible to get good pics ;)

ahaha, here comes the cake topper, the Sophia We thought was a furr chewer, turns out It wasn't her but her cage mate!! I had already planned to keep her in the heard, but now will be locating a nice standard V/C or violet male for her instead of a standard like I originally thought.
they are my favorite color as well :)

thank you very much!!
we are just enjoying and loving our first problem free litter!!
it is a miracle <3
and he is too dang cute ;)

"kaine" as we have named him. Was 104 grams as of two days ago at weeks old!
He also had his first bathe (momma loves me again!!!) and got to meet his future momma!! (a friend asked so I let her see him, and "claim" him)
(we made the decision to sell him, small heard, need to spread the gene pool :)
He is doing great as is his momma chin, and is loving everyone, and everything, when momma has gotten her weekly treats he runs to the door waiting, and he is already demanding some scritches!!!! (Momma is a scritch-a-holic!!)
