New baby :) pics and a question!

Just got a new baby male. He is super sweet and very cute. Here is a link to a few pics:

Question for breeders: he does not have a white belly so I am under the impression he is a TOV ebony, not a Black Velvet...is that correct? His father is an ebony mosaic and his mother is a Black Velvet. I just want to be sure I am calling him the correct mutation.
