Mounting Silver Surfer

U got my silver surfer but I can't figure out how to put it in. Do the two hooks go on top or the side?? I tried to put hem on the top but my critter nation won't allow it??

The two hooks on the wheel are supposed to be mounted horizontally (so on top). Then there is the screw on the bottom that you secure through the cage bars with a washer. Good luck, your chinnies will enjoy running on it!
