Can anyone recommend a small handheld electric saw?
I' ve searching thru the web, but they all seem pretty big and chunky.
I'm just looking for one that can cut 1/2"-1" ( diameter) twigs in half.
Awhile ago, I bought a bunch of apple twigs that were about 7-8" long, it looked dangerous to me when I saw my chins carrying them around the cage horizontally in their mouth.
I tried cutting it with a hand saw, and it was TIRING!
Cutting oe or two would be ok, but I' ve got about 100 of them, there now sitting in my chin toys cupboard untouched as I am hesitant to give it to them.

What about a Dremel hand held tool? I have the Black n Decker knock off of one and use it for tons of things, sanding, grinding, drilling, cutting, polishing.

Hand held garden clippers work great. I got a Black and decker battery powered saw for like $20, it was a piece of garbage, you might have this problem too if you find a little saw. The wood vibrates so much you would need to vise clamp it

Okies, thank you for the replies, I'll go search for a garden clipper then, instead of electric ones.
