Mini English Bulldog breeder

I know this is a long shot, but I know there are a lot of chin breeders on here, and it seems like you all know a lot of other chin breeders in the community. Is there anyone that knows of any reputable mini English bulldog breeders or where/how to find them? I'm looking for one in the VA area for a friend in that area... although, she may be open to having it shipped from somewhere else (I'm not sure?).

It has to be a mini, b/c after doing research, she found that they tend to have less health problems.

There's no such thing really as a "mini bulldog," so do you mean a French Bulldog or some other smaller breed?

I'd steer clear of anyone offering a "mini" bulldog, as that probably means they've just been breeding smaller and smaller dogs together, or they're breeding with other smaller dogs, and there may be problems if there's too much inbreeding.
