metacam dosing?

I was updating my list of information, and realized I didnt have the dosing Info for metacam. can anyone tell me the proper dosing?

0.1-0.2 mg/kg

Clarify since my answer was incomplete due to the concentration not listed

.1-.2mg/kg 1.5mg/ml

or

0.1-0.2ml of the 1.5mg/mL
