Meet Ossian!

It's been over four years now since I had my last hedgehog, Chloe PTS because of WHS... and I'm happy to announce that my next hedgie has finally come into my life!

This is Ossian, he is 8 weeks old and a little grumpy because he is quilling, but we met him a couple weeks ago and he was quite sociable so I'm confident that he'll come around soon. The last photo is of him and my boyfriend, Andrew, who is very excited about the new baby!

Awww...I love when hedgies curl up in a ball because you can see their forehead rolls. I mean who does that--who has forehead rolls!?!? I LOVE IT!!!

After looking it up on the internet, I have found it can be pronounced a variety of ways. We pronounce it Osh (like osh-kosh) -an (more like the word "in" than "an" though).
