Manuka Honey

I found a Canadian online store that sells Australian Manuka honey and noticed that there are different potencies. I have found the following active UMF ratings...

UMF Rating +20
UMF Rating +25

Which is recommended for chins?

Depends on what are you using it for.
In general, when Manuka honey is used for antibacterial treatments, it's recommended to choose manuka honey with a rating of UMF 10 or higher. If you use it for wound care, then choosing Manuka with a very high UMF (20+) may not be the best choice as it can cause a persistent burning. I use raw, active Manuka UMF 16.
