Looking for a More Experienced Opinion

I have an 8 year old female, and her last litter with me was in 2006. I tried to introduce her to a male early last year, but thought she might be pregnant, so I left them both alone. She gained a little weight, but not necessarily from being pregnant (though I can't say for sure she wasn't). Then she got sick and lost a lot of weight. She's back to herself now, but I'm wondering whether or not I should breed her again. I don't know if the weight loss was related to her possibly being pregnant or not, and I'm tempted to try it one more time. What would you guys do?

As long as she is in good health now, there shouldn't be a problem with returning her to breeding.

I would give her a chance as long as she is in good health.
