I got mine from ferret.com. It's the 11 panel marshal play pen. Not sure how high it actually measures. My girls can't jump from the floor over the top of it but they can jump off of something over it. I end playtime if they try to do that and they're figuring out if they try to jump it playtime is over.

I have the 8 panel Marshall one and several of mine have jumped out of it...I only use it to clean cages or catch an escapee so I am not sure if using a cover would help but maybe...I do know they make one for it...
