litter pan substrate

I recently got two new chins and I have been using fleece for the bottom of the cage and when I want to take it out to wash it all of the shavings from his litter pan stick to it and are a pain to get out. so my question is what is the best thing to use for the bottom of the cage. Thanks!

if things are sticking then chances are its a lot of pee. It can get sticky like that. You might want to change it more often.
