Is this cage big enough for one chin?

Hi everybody!
I'm making a cage this week for my new chinchilla that I'm getting next week. Here are the planned measurements (it will be for one, if I get another one, I'll expand it):
23 inches wide
35 inches height (almost 3 feet)
16 depth

It will have three floors.

That is more than enough space for a chin. )

That is plenty of space for one chin. If your using wood just watch which wood you use.

Thank you. It will have kiln dried pine with wire mesh floors and talls. the floors will have tiles and bedding, so no bumblefoot!
