I bought this yesterday at petco, it says for guinea pigs but I’m not sure if it’s safe for chinchilla? Anyone knows? I saw people saying china fir is safe and some says not safe.

No china fir is not considered safe for chinchillas. China fir is another name for cunninghamia which is not even an actual fir tree it's from the same family as cypress, which are not safe, so wouldn't think china fir is safe either.

I know you can buy similar-looking products made from apple wood, which is safe for chins, I found this with a quick Google search: Apple wood bridge

I didn't check how big that one was, so it might be too small for chins, but I'm sure you could find something size-appropriate. They make all kinds of products out of apple wood. Aspen and kiln-dried pine are some other commonly-used woods that are chin-safe.
