Ideas where to keeep hay in cage ?

So the majority of the timothy hay i put in the chinchillas cages for them ends up all over the cage, on the floor or in the bottom tray. So about hald they hay i use isn't even used , it just thrown away during cleaning. Is there any idea that you guys might have on what to put the hay in there cage. A bowl isn't good, they have a hay rack at PetsMart but i don't like it.

some people use vegetable cans wraped in fleece, some use glass bottles.... not alot of people use racks as some of them chins can get trapped in.

quick ideas:

terra cotta flower pot, tissue box, toilet paper roll, fleece bag, square wooden box, 1/2 baked coconut shell.
