I found a whisker....

I found a whisker in Leo's cage today, a whole whisker root an all. Is this normal? It was just laying on his shelf.

It's normal. I find them around too. They drop and grow back. Nothing to worry about.

Same! My family thinks it's weird, like collecting toenail clippings or something. I use them in my art of chinchillas as the whiskers of the chinchillas in the painting/drawing. xD

Lucky, I have not found a whisker yet. I thought I found one once but it was a whiskerish piece of hay

I find them all the time in my trios cage, but haven't really noticed the in any of the other 6 cages

That's what I did with Baby's whiskers when he died. I had a nice Kristine Kasheta wooden chinchilla that looked like Baby so I added his whiskers to it for a memorial.
