So I guess I'm supposed to give you a small low-down on myself.
The only issue, is that even after many years of introductions, I am still at a loss for words on how to describe myself.
Let me start with the basis for being here:
After many years of wanting a hedgie (since I was about 8 or so), I finally got myself one.
His name is Dillinger, after the mobster John Dillinger.
And now I can move onto various other fragments:
I am a former history major whose focus was early to mid-20th century US history, if that tells you anything about how my quill baby got his name!
I live in the great state of O-H-I-O, but Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will always be my home.
My loving and understanding husband just keeps telling me "Whatever makes you happy honey" whenever I mention another animal.
Along with my husband, my personal zoo consists of:
- 2 dogs (Rudy the Morkie and Pippa the Maltese)
- 2 bearded dragons (Steve Irwin and Tripod)
- 2 fancy rats (Cagney and Rattata)
- 2 crested geckos (Icaris and Isis)
- various tropical fish tanks
That seems like enough to me, but I will leave you with this quote:
"People are like diamonds - they have many facets."
