Hi, I was wondering if these are safe for chinchillas? I tried searching the forums but, I'm not sure which ingredients are safe. I'm trying to buy haycubes and stuff locally so, I can focus on just buying wood and other toy parts online.

I would say no on both those horse treats, too much sugar for one but also corn can grow a type mold or fungi (I can't recall which) that is toxic to chins. It's best to steer clear of anything with corn for chins. The alfalfa cubes just look like alfalfa hay cubes which are fine as a treat but if you are already feeding a alfalfa based diet that shouldn't be your primary hay. I feed my guys a hay/alfalfa mix cubes, (along with loose timothy and other hays) since I already feed oxbow which is an alfalfa based food.

A much better safer option for treats that is cheap is slow cook oats, a plain cheerio, or shreddie. All those things you can pick up in the cereal isle at the grocery store. Also roses are good too, rose hips, petals, and blossoms can be found online and in health food stores, just make sure it's organic human grade.
