help !

I dont know what noise my new chinchilla is making but it sounds horrible its like a mixture of coughing,sneezing sound.And i just got her today and i have no idea what could be wrong with her i have had another chinchilla for a few months now and it has never done aaannything like she's doing now,im posting a video on youtube and ill post it here somebody please help me if you know what it is please email me at [email protected] i need help i dont know whats wrong with her.

She's barking. She's afraid and she's warning "the herd" that something is scaring her. Even though there is no herd, the barking is instinctual. Just leave her be for a while in her new cage. Make sure she has food and water, and let her settle in a bit. After a few days, you can start trying to friendly her up a bit.
