I post on a rat forum as well, and one of the rescues is trying to get a group of rats from their rescue to their forever homes!! Most of the legs of the Rat Train have been filled, but there are still a few that need to be covered. The Train is scheduled for THIS WEEKEND (Oct. 23-24) so if you can help, PLEASE let me know! I can send you the info you need to contact the rescue.
They are still looking to fill the following sections:
Sioux City, IA to Omaha, NE (101 mi, 1 hour 43 mins)
Omaha, NE to St Joseph, MO (138 mi, 2 hours 22 mins)
St Joseph, MO to Oveland Park, KS (80 mi, 1 hour 24 mins)
Overland Park, MO to Columbia, MO (104 mi, 1 hour 45 mins)
St. Louis, MO to Altamont, IL (104 mi, 1 hour 46 mins)
Altamont, IL to Terre Haute, IN (82 mi, 1 hour 32 mins)
