Hello fellow chins my Chin Kali is sick need help

Hello all, our 6 year old chin Kali has been sick for the past couple weeks, have been to an exotic vet several times and bills are getting expensive and not getting anywhere, need suggestions please. She has fluid building up in her lungs and not sure why, Vet originally thought heart failure but that is not the case, she is being fed critical care thru syringe and is having trouble maintaining her balance. She was getting better but is getting lethargic again? Any ideas why fluid keeps building up and what to do? Thanks All!

If she has fluid in her lungs that sounds like pnumonia what anti-biotics is she on?

Are they treating the heart failure with diuretics?

She needs lasix to remove the fluid ASAP, then once the fluid is removed further diagnosis can be done.
