heard of this breeder?

I was wondering if someone could tell me if there is a breeder called "haggard". I have someone who is selling a few of their chins and he stated that a couple came from Jags and a couple came from Haggard. I know of Jags, but I've never encountered the other one. The seller in located here in Michigan also. Is there anyone who might know of the breeder and if their chins are good quality? Thanks in advance!

Even if someone can answer the first part of this question, nobody can answer the second part. People have good chins and they have bad chins. Unless the chins you are interested in have been evaluated, how would anyone know?
