Hair in Tip of penis is this normal?

So i went to go check my chinchilla for hair rings and there were hairs stuck in the tip of his penis so i proceeded to pull it out, he didn't squirm or squeal as if it hurt or anything, i'm wondering if this is normal, and then following the check he went and continuously rubbed his butt on the bottom of my friends flipflop???? should i be concerned or was his downstairs just sore from me pulling the hair out? please help me.

Male chins can get hair rings which is there hair wraps around there penis. I would do a hair ring check again and make sure you got it all if he is still rubbing down there.

it wasnt a ring it was like INSIDE the penis like where he pees out of

Oh! I don't know. Maybe it is just irritated from the hair being in it. I would clean the area for him and keep a eye on it. Maybe someone else will have more information on it than me.
