So I am building a new cage for Petra and Sasha and I was wondering if I can use non-toxic wood glue? I know they have very sensitive digestive systems so that is why I ask?

Yes, you can. Elmer's wood glue is considered safe.

I'd be careful what you use it on though, as it may not be the sturdiest of building materials.

we use elmers wood glue and dowels into predrilled holes for extra support.

Thanks that just what I needed to hear. The glue is for the places the girls might be able to get to, there will be screws where they can'ts. Cheeky as they may be sometimes.
