He is defending his territory against that ugly chinchilla intruder. That was so cute. I'm sure he thinks he is very, very tough. I've seen dogs do that with vacuum cleaners but never a chinchilla with a duster.

We actually found out, that he likes this by accident. When he was little, he would hide under the couch at playtime, and not wanting to move the couch and risk squishing him my boyfriend grabbed the duster.

I had only gotten to use it once, and as soon as Paul put it under there to get him, it was all over! We laughed our butts off, and he chases it still, so never more was it MY duster, it was Fuzzy's toy! HEHE
