I was wondering if fresh grass is ok as a treat. I live on an acreage and have a few acres of hay grass, mostly timothy. It was originally used for horses and sheep, so it's just plain hay grass nothing sprayed on it or anything. I also used it to feed to my guinea pig by the handful for years so I know it's safe. Is it ok to give my chins a blade of grass or two as a treat? or should I just cut it and let it dry out first?
