found this - help! what is it? heat plug?!

Found this in the morning. Female chin a little over 9 mnths old. On her shelf she had peed, which I think was pee. Could be discharge?? I threw bedding on it & noticed this nearby. Been trying to figure out what it is and no idea. Someonne mentioned it being a heat plug. Can someone with experience help. Its waxy, flexible & really hard at the end. Please I'm so lost, and scared thinking she got into something. If it is a heat plug what does that mean exactly....

Is she a only chin? If she is then it is a heat plug yes. If she is in with a male it is likely a mating plug.
