FN 143 add on

I have a 142 which has been discontinued and replaced with the 180's. Has anyone tried to put the 183 add on on a 142?
I guess the 180's just slide together where the 140's screw together.

Im not sure actually. You would think so, so im assuming the dont ><
I have the old 142s as well. And 180w/e. But those are the no tools required kind. Where as the 142 sues the screws (much better and easier imo)
