eye problems?

I think something might be wrong with one of my chin's eye. It looks like its half open at times and in front of his eye seems to have a spot. He isn't showing any signs of discomfort. For the people here in So Cal, Do you know any good chin vets I can take them to for a check up?

I'm not in Southern Co but if you could try to take a picture of the eye and post it, it might be something someone has seen before and can help you with that.

I would try to find a vet as soon as you can. If its just an eye problem, then its not that serious and almost any vet could help you, but if it is tooth related, then you definitely need an exotic chin vet. Now would be a good time to try and find one in case of emergencies anyway.

he doesn't seem to stay still enough for a picture. I have a vet who doesn't specialize in exotic pets but he has seen chinchillas before. I'll bring them to him on monday.
