extremely irritated want to bring down the pet shop

one of the pet shop in the city sells chinchilla, none of my buisness
i do give a off hand comments to them like
"oh the bell in there they could choke on it and die....
you know they need hay right?"

anyways today i dropped by to see this adorable freckled? beige boy
and i notice he had some bald patches

i figured at first.. must be the stress of the mall
then i notice there are gashes, like bite marks
dried blood and if anything some gaping holes
(there's two other chins in the same cage)

i told them to take him out immedietly and that this one needs to see the vet asap...
and bothered to ask them if they were really going to send him to the vet..

all three of them looked like they could use a bath

what i want to know is, who do i go to report issues like such
i really would like to take them down and prevent them selling any more chinchillas

Go to animal control. Call them let them know what you have been seeing and the store. If there is neglect they can do something about it. If there is only stupidness they really cant do much. But with the Gaping holes and blood and lack of vet care you may be able to get something done. But animal control needs to see this chin their selves. If animal control in your area do not take care of things like that they can point you in the right direction.
