Dotty's Toe

Today i noticed one of Dotty's toes was looking a little discoloured and was wondering is this something i should be concerned about, its the toe on her front left and looks like a thumb :wacko: Shes acting completely normal and it doesnt seem to be bothering her and i was wondering maybe she had just knocked it....unfortunately i didnt manage to get a picture of it because she decided to wake up and run away from the camera.

Any advice is welcome please
