Does DAP diffuser affects Chins?

Does anyone know if Comfort Zone Diffuser with D.A.P. for Dogs, affects chins? My vet has suggested this for my dog but I want to make sure it wont harm the chins.

Comfort zone is a very low quality of the DAP products. Its like cheap perfume, only has a reaction of the real product in it. It won't effect the chins. Its a pheromone and is species specific.

OK thanks. So just to clarify...NONE of the DAP products, whether from Petco (low quality) or from the vet directly (Adaptil) will affect the chins because its species specific...?

Yes. Cat pheromones can not effect you. So dog pheromones can not effect a chin. They are species specific and only effect what they are made for.
