I use peewee for my pee pan and Gary likes to stand inside the pan and start digging the peewee at the corners of the pan. Anyone has seen similar behaviour and is it anything to be concerned about?

Mine eats select pieces of bedding from his pee pan. Don't know what defines "select" but it must be good.

Its nothing to be concerned about at all. Sometimes they just like it a certain way and do a little rearranging, etc.

They dig in the wild to get under rocks and such for hiding. I guess the instinct for digging is just stronger in some chins than others. Athena digs all the time and will have half of her bedding moved to the other side in a few days. But a friend's chin almost never digs. It's perfectly normal either way tho. Just a personal preference !
