Decorating

not sure if this is in the right spot.. but anyways..

i saw in some people's cages that they have their chin's hidey house decorated (like colored or have a design on it).
and i would like to do the same.
what do i use?

I think the hidey house designs are often kind of burnt onto it with a special tool but you can use sugar free kool aid to color it just like you would any wood. It might be kind of interesting to see if you can make patterns with the koolaid or if it would seep too much.
