My chin- Chachi - is currently living in a prevue 495 cage, but I recently got a critter nation. I LOVE the grate on the prevue cage so that she is not near her pee.
Since chins shouldn't be near plastic, can I not just remove the plastic flooring and let her walk on the metal? The spacing seems adequate for her to not get injured. I figure I can just use wire to hook up the tray under the floor.
