Constipation in Quarantine

I was just reading up on different chin health hazards, and saw that the symptoms of constipation is hard and thin droppings. My youngest, Marley has been having hard and thin droppings for a couple of days now, but before I hadn't been thinking much of it.
I read that to clear this up you should provide fresh hay and water, and lots of exercise. I will do the first two pronto, but he is in quarantine, so how can I give him more exercise?

Check your water bottle and make sure it is working well. Is he getting outside playtime yet?

Do the ends of the poop look pinched? If they are rounded it might just be how your chin defecates.

Dawn: His water bottle is fine, and no he isn't yet, but he is very anxious to get out )
Leah: They are rounded, so maybe he isn't constipated?
