Chins sounds??

Does your chins make sounds?? My husband was walked by right before he went to his room. And he heard some weird sounds coming from one my chins.. Does your chinny make some type of noise??

Yup, chinchillas make sounds!

They aren't the best recorded sounds, but you probably heard one of them. First time I heard my girl calling, it SCARED me so badly. It still does, I can't help but to wake up in the middle of the night to check on her!

LOL, My husband was the same way it freaked him out... Then he was asking my kids if they were the ones but we were in the other room. So we were like no. And he said ohh it must of been the chins, it scared him cuz no one was around when he walked by..

Today I brought the girls in our room and heard the one of them doing the sound. Now we know what it sound like..

I don't know why she was doing it..

One of my boys was offering her hay. And she kept taking them of my sons hands. And when my son stopped she did that sound. Seems like she was waiting for my son to hand her another strand of hay.
