Has anyone order from them recently??
My order last year was disastrous

And I'm wondering if anyone ordered recently ? Was it a good experience?have they improved now

As I love their hay boxes

I did. It took about four weeks to get my stuff, but other than that, not bad. They answered my emails wheni asked for updates.

I am in the process of order quite a few things from that website so far everything has been great. My emails have all been answered within a day(i asked for a shipping quote and stuff). The woman is very helpful.
