Not sure about in the US, but I am in Sweden and have a great policy for two of my chins so far that covers everything including dental for about $80USD a year.
I actually made a thread about this before and someone posted a link of an insurance company in the US that does exotics, I don´t know how to link it but maybe do a forum search?
Well worth the investment if you manage to find somewhere that does dental and is a reasonable price, in my opinion.
