Cardboard play structure?

Hi All,

I am trying to come up with a way to build some sort of play structure with tunnels and steps and ledges. I figure cardboard is the best option as far as materials go, but I don't know much about planning the design. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I took six brand new boxes from work (12x12x6), cut off the top flaps, hot glued the bottoms and cut holes in a few of the sides of each so that I could make a maze. I rearrange it every time they come out to play so that it's always a different obstacle. They absolutely love it.
