Cage?

What is the best cage for the price?
I use ferret/critter nation cages and was wondering if there was something better.

I am very happy with my 3-level Ferret Nations (2), which I've had almost 10 years. I have the three-level ones and use fleece on the upper two, and Aspen shavings on the bottom (hay on one side, pee zone on the other). I purchased the metal pans as well. Other than they are not fun to clean (hard to keep my guys off the level I'm working on), I love them!

I actually use a bird cage. They seem to be less expensive and work well! I'm hopefully getting a second, larger one (F050) soon.

Just be sure to close all of the side doors! We use plain paperclips and wrap them shut. I actually separated this into 2 cages with a large piece of plexiglass - don't worry, they can't chew any of it - we made sure. We house our female up top and the male on the bottom. Still plenty of room for a 2 story house for each!
